For polyester fabrics we sublimate, first we print in paper the design and the with heat the transfer ir made to the product.
Direct printing
For natural fabrics we print directly and then through heat the design is set.
Embroidery
We are able to do embroidery for 6 pieces at a time.
Filler
Some products need to be filled and with this machine is easier

needle control
Every time a needle breaks we document it, the complete needle needs to be put in our control log.
Random picking
In every batch there is a random picking where we check dimensions of the product and compare it to our sample to see if it is the same
